KAMI learned that some Kapamilya stars are trying to look for ways to continue earning amid the controversial shutdown of their network.

Pokwang and Jessy Mendiola are already part of new shows in the said channel. They made their decision a few weeks ago.

Recently, ABS-CBN News obtained a copy of the letter sent by Brightlight Productions to several advertisers

It named the roster of programs that will be broadcasted on TV5 and it also presented the ABS-CBN stars who will become part of the new shows.

Piolo will host a Sunday noontime variety show with Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray.

Meanwhile, Beauty will star in an upcoming drama series entitled “I Got You.” She will be joined by RK Bagatsing and Yen Santos.

A new sitcom entitled “Oh My Dad” will also feature the acting prowess of Ian Veneracion, Dimples Romana, Sue Ramirez, Ariel Urieta, and Gloria Diaz.

Korina Sanchez will also serve at the helm of a magazine show entitled “Rated Korina.”

It was reported recently that Billy Crawford, Alex Gonzaga, Wacky Kiray, and K Brosas will host a noontime show on TV5 entitled “Laugh Out Loud.”

Korina Sanchez also refuted the claim that she was retrenched from the Kapamilya network. She pointed out that she already retired 3 years ago.
