Provide creative and flexible volunteer opportunities that working parents can do when they have a chunk of time. Current Sign-up Sheets. Volunteers are an integral part of the Daily Table family. As we continue to grow, the need for volunteers grows. Volunteers can expect to sort produce, label and package foods, help to cook in the kitchen, stock retail shelves, or reorganize the freezer!

INDIVIDUALS:

We ask that kitchen volunteers work with us for a minimum of 3 hours. All other volunteers are welcome to donate as much time as they would like/are able.

If you previously signed up for a slot to volunteer, we apologize but will not be accepting volunteers at this time. Thank you for your support of Daily Table.

GROUPS:

Please email volunteers@dailytable.org with the following information:

  • Date(s) of interest

  • Location (Kitchen, Dorchester Store, Roxbury Store)

  • Number of people (8 person max in kitchen, 3-4 person max in stores); age policy is 18, 15-18 yrs old requires a chaperone)

  • Time slot (9:30-12:30 or 1-4pm Mon-Sat; 11-2 or 2-5 on Sunday)

  • Check out a current list of our Neighborhood Captains HERE.

  • Please contact Christina at Christina@LORkids.org if you’d like to be added to our list of Neighborhood Captains.

3. FUNDRAISING/COLLECTION DRIVES

  • Great for all ages! Get creative and conduct your own fundraising/collection drive to benefit LOR!
